Telemarketing/ Telesales
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales and customers target through tele-marketing
- To introduce and promote the Telecommunications Services & products
- Respond to customers’ queries and facilitate solutions to issues raised
- Manage and develop existing customer database
- To maintain a high level of service and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / STPM
- 1 to 2 years experience in outbound, sales/marketing are highly desirable.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good telephone etiquette, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive, influential, persistent and PC literate
- Able to interact with all levels of people confidently
- Possess strong initiatives and results driven
- Fresh graduates or entry level applicants are also encouraged to apply
